BARKLEY ACS’s Principals and team of professionals have lead or performed a very wide  range of Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Due Diligence studies for thousands of commercial real estate properties of all types and sizes throughout the United States. Through their many years of professional experience, and strong national relationships, they have directed or personally completed the assessments of local as well as many large nationwide property portfolios and trophy properties.

Notable specific properties have included Rockefeller Center, the World Trade Center, the Lipstick Building; the Clothespin Building in Philly, the Essex House in New York, the Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix; various Las Vegas hotel and retail properties such as the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Las Vegas, the Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica, California; and the completion of the assessment of the Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV., the historic resort property known as the Southern White House.
